This article is based on the hypothesis that the Koguryo was the main member of Hsiung-Nu Empire. The author also described on the Huns who triggered the Germanics Great Migration in A.D. 375 might have been the same race as Shilla and Kaya. It is true that they had intimate relationship in race and in history. It is very significant that the Hsiung-Nu who devastated the China so long-time and changed its geo-political map are supposed to have closed relations with Koguryo not only in race but also in fighting tactics and culture. Chinese scholars insisted that Koguryo was regarded as a local government by the minorities in China or a attached regime under the governing of Chinese central administration. But Koguryo was a member of Hsiung-Nu Empire and became a dignified grand empire in the eastern Asia with individuality and sovereignty with powerful military. Therfore Koguryo could maintained Mongolia area and Korean peninsula against Chinese World Order. So Koguryo was not an attached regime of China. And Koguryo achieved the high-level and independant culture in spite of Hsiung-Nu’s basic culture. Koguryo left the great cultural estates in fields of fortress and tumulus-Paintings. The former protest aganinst China the latter indicated their artistic and religious ideas.
