This article make Clear that the migrant of Bohai Dong-Ran State moved her Capital to Lao-Yang after collapse, it is an explanation of Late Bohai. The problems on the Late Bohai included the Tributary records, Capital Removal, and the refuge of prince Dae-Kwang-Hyon to Koryo. This essays will research following items. Firstly the tributar records to China in the Five dynasties was not fact for the Late Bohai. Secondary the age of transference of the Capital was after 925. Thirdly the refuge of prince Dae-Kwang-Hyon was not Connected with the downfall of Late Bohai.
