I have looked into the way which the office of the central government and organization of an office were organized. A medical institution had been organized into the medical school at the age of Taejo, the Sanguikuk and Jewibo of Kwangjong, and the Yeonsuwon of Kyungjong. The medical school had been mergered into Taeeuigam, Sangeuikuk and Yeonsuwon into Sangyakkuk at the age of Sungjong before the organization of an office for medical officer was consolidated. Euigik was existent as Kongbongsirang at Sangeuikuk, and I think it followed Taebong of Shilla. After the Munjong, Taeeuikam was affected to Taeeuiseo of Dang but it has a lot of differences both dignity and euigik. Under the rule of Yuan, Jejeom affected to Yuan was set up among Euigik at the age of Chung seon but abolished. And then Keomyak was established newly. Also Kwanpum was increased but Jeongyuan wasn't. Jukumbaksa wasn't seen and to seem to be abolished. Although the Euigik of Sangyakkuk was possessed with the unique character of Koryo, Kwanho and the name of government office were charged, and the grade of Kwanpum and medical officer was kept originally. Jewibo kept Busa and Roksa at the age of Munjong. Without Busa, the Munjong, Sa became equal to the organization of an office of Dongsodaebiwon. Euigik was not existent but the medical officer was. Daebiwon was established to Dong and So at Kaekyong. Sa, Busa, Roksa and Euiri existed as the government official at the age of Munjong. It was Jewibo at the Injong. Under the reign of Munjong, Busa and Pankwan was set up at Sokung, and it was assigned with the medical officer. Hyeminkuk founded in 1112 was Kwanyakkuk followed Yakkuk of Song. The medical officer of Hyeminkuk held together with that of Taeeuikam. There were Yakjangrang and Yakjangseung of Dongkungkwan in other government offices but disappeared after reforming Dongkungkwansok. This seems to exclude in the object for reforming due to the importance of responsibility. the medical officer of Hanrim on Hanrimwon is considered to hold the position Euizwa of Sangyakkuk or Seung, Euijuong of Taeeuikam. Sikeui of Sangsikkuk was in charge of preventing from food diseases which can be affected to King. The Sikeui had disappeared at the early age of Injong, and then reappeared in 1310. Also the medical officer of Taeeuikam held the position of Dabang. Among the veterinarian and veterinarian baksa of Taeboksi and Sangseungkuk, veterinarian baksa was lower than the other technician in social rank, belonged to Taeboksi. The army doctor of Byungbu called Yakwon is assumed to belong to Taeeuikam.
