The Purpose of this research is to examine the progress of the koreans emigration to the Inner Mongolia Region and its historical meaning. The koreans migration occurred by the grim realities of life and the invasion of the Japanese in the beginning of 20th century. The most of the koreans emigrated to the Manchuria, but some of them moved into the Inner Mongolia. Why they moved into the Inner Mongoia, which is nomadic region? And how they settle down their agricultural lifeway in that region? The korean emigrations to the Machuria was primarily seen during the Qing(淸) Dynasty. But the analysis shows that constant migrations of koreans in the beginning of 20th century, in spite of environmental handicap for rice cultivation, was more widely happened even in the Inner Mongolia. This means the korean have freely migrations concept in their internal cognizance. The koreans emigration to the Hulun-Buir Region(呼倫貝爾盟), Xing-an Region(興安盟), Zhe-li-mu Region(哲里木盟), Chi-feng Region(赤峰) were characterized “migration” and “rice cultivation”. Their successful settlement in the Inner Mongolia was their faculty of the rice cultivation. This research therefore shows two conclusions; First: The Koreans in the beginning of 20th century still have freely migrations concept like nomads. Second: But their way of life showed agricultural system, which was succeeded for long time.
