This is a case study about influence of Holistic Learning-Organization. Holistic Learning-Organization acts through the interpersonal study motivation and activation of communication. We also need holistic study organization to correct the undesirable habits of students, such as being late, misbehaving and healing negative memories by helping each other within a group. We picked a class(2-2 administration department) of 2nd grade Gyunghwa girls high school. With the help of a homeroom teacher and an assistant teacher, we started helping students succeed academically, reducing the number of misbehaviors, curing the subconscious memories and reducing neurotic tendencies due to excessive stress. We also chose to use a holistic human-resource program to have the students assure their possibilities of subconscious power and lead to a psychologically comfortable conflict toward vision. We paired one mischievous student with one good student. The good student was to help the other correct undesirable misbehaviors. We gave incentives according to assignments and attendance every two weeks. Furthermore, for better results on school exams, we had one competent student paired with one less competent student. Finally, we obtained the desirable result The class ranked first in evaluation of school life every month, and they also ranked first on the 2nd semester exams. It had been 5th out of 6 classes in the 1st semester exam. According to the Five-Factor personality test, neurotic tendencies such as anger, anxiety, and all neuroses, including depression, have been considerably reduced. It’s a sign that LBS is effective in corporation of group members, reinforcement of trust, and enhancement of study motivation among group leaders and members. These results imply that holistic administration techniques should be introduced to the field of public education. Since now, field research of various LBS can be expanded with the consideration of structure of organization, knowledge Adminstration, change of organization culture, and new leadership.
