Development an Action Learning Program to Improve the Team Competence in a Tea-culture Instruction at the University

The purpose of this research is to develop Action Learning Program which can enhance team competence in tea-culture Instruction at the University. We could elicit competence of team, competence of tea-culture class and core principles of Action Learning through studying reference researches and case studies in order to develop this Program and based on this, we could elicit the process of essential learning activities. Also, we could find supporting elements that help students to conduct each process and devise a strategy of its total process. By planning out the program based on the process above and applying them to the actual scene, we could obtain some suggestive implications. As a result of this process, team competence found in tea-culture Instruction at the University is analyzed as tea manufacturing competence, tea making ritual competence, tea meditation competence from tea culture field. Also, the elements of team competence are analyzed as team knowledge, team skill and team attitude. Based on the analysis, we could elicit the matrix of core elements, and according to this, we could construct 9 stages for the process of essential learning activities. After building up the basic steps, we framed out supporting elements for facilitator and learner by each process. Final program suggested a blueprint of whole program of before, on-site, after learning activities and 9 stages of actual learning activities. After adopting those entire programs on the field and analyzing collected research data, we can suggest essential implications on team competence.
