UFO(Unidenfied Flying Object) is being founding out world-widely. So the organization to exam the UFO is installed in UN in 1978. The UFO phenomena often regarded as the super-psychological phenomena of end of a century can mislead man’s way of thinking. Therefore we need to positively study and drag the UFO phenomena in the category of science with openned mind.
