업무 수행 관련 비즈니스 이메일 텍스트의 기능과 구성

The purpose of this paper is to analyze functions and structures in the business email texts. This paper focused on the job performance related ones among the business email samples collected. As a result of analysis, there are 4 main functions in the text, business related information delivery, demand for business performance, notification regarding business performance and acknowledgement. It has also been found our that they would be exchanged with rules between the prior emails and reply emails like the adjacency pair. The structures according to the functions above mentioned have also been found through macro level analysis. It has been captured that there would be differences of components depending on the functions and the features such as omittable and integral ones.
