물류창고의 통로적재량 관리가 창고효율성에 미치는 영향

An Impact on Warehousing Efficiency of Passage Loadage Management in Logistics Warehousing: A Case Study of A Company

본 연구에서는 A 기업의 통로적재과정 개선을 통해 물류의 가장 핵심적인 부분 중 하나인 창고비용을 대폭 절감하는 과정을 살펴보았는데 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 추가적인 창고 건립이나 비용투입없이 통로적재량 관리를 통하여 비용을 절감할 수 있음이 실제 기업사례를 통해 구체적으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 물류창고를 관리하는 데 있어서 문제의 원인을 파악하고 이를 해결하는데 있어서 내부직원의 동의가 매우 중요함을 밝혀 주고 있다. 마지막으로 기존의 창고증설 없이 창고적재능력을 증대한 효과를 냄으로써 창고정리 및 제품별 관리가 가능하여 해당업체 뿐만 아니라 협력업체까지 만족할 수 있음이 증명되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 추가적인 비용투자없이 기존의 창고관리만으로 효율성을 대폭 제고시킬 수 있다는 시사점을 물류창고계에 제시하고 있다.

There have been many researches about warehousing management. But, researches on passage loadage management for warehousing utilization have not been sufficiently conducted. This study was performed on the basis of passage loadage management in terms of warehousing utilization. So we made use of A company case in Korea to achieve research purpose. The result are as follows. First, warehousing management cost can be cut downed by passage loadage management of warehousing. Second, agreement of internal employee is needed in warehousing utilization. Finally, the maximum use of warehousing capacity without new warehousing construction can satisfy not only company itself but also customer companies in terms of warehousing arrangement and management of each product. In conclusion, this study demonstrate that passage loadage management is one of useful factor in internal warehousing management.
