A Study on the Cash Management and Trading Bank System of Local Government

Under IMF situation the expansion of finance must be settled down for the high development of local government. The main goal of this thesis is to analyzes the cash flow in the local finance. In this view, The purpose of this study is to the improving Trading Bank System of local government. To perform this study, first, this paper attempted theoretical approach about the general concept, necessity and principal of Trading Bank System of local government. Second, to analyses the practices and problems of Trading Bank System of Korea and Japan. Finally, new systems of Trading Bank System were found out several alternatives.
