A Study on the Financial Cooperation System copying with Financial Paradigm Shift among Korea, Japan and China

This paper aimed to explore the global economic surroundings and suggest the direction of North-east Asian(Korea, China, Japan) Economy on the change of financial surroundings. Each Country’s economic situation are as follows ; In Japan, after financial restructuring, reducing bank employees and counselors and slashing their wages were attempted at the same time as bank mergers. The market mechanism of Korea compared to that of Japan was relatively disregarded and the government was directly involved in restructuring. Chinese financial market is one of the biggest markets in the world. Especially since joining WTO, it became a very attractive market. However, it cannot be considered simply as an emerged new market. Chinese financial industry is already much more advanced than we think, and it’s competing with us. This study result is that ; Firstly, it explains the developing process of the past currency system and the changing process of the economic policy. Secondly, it investigates the correspondence between Korean and global economy. The findings of this paper suggest solutions on Korean economic problems caused by current global financial crisis.
