한국과 선진국의 보육정책에 관한 비교 연구

Comparable Study on the Nurture Policy Between Advanced Nations and Korea

본 연구는 국가 공공의 정책에 관한 것으로 일반의 모든 영유아들을 대상으로 하여 영유아들이 행복하게 살 권리 보장의 차원에서, 가족이 안정된 생활을 할 수 있는 지원방안으로, 더 나아가 취업 부모들이 적극적으로 사회 참여를 하여 국가 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 또한, 국가적으로 출산율이 급격히 떨어진 지금 인구의 고령화와 저 출산 문제를 해결할 수 있는 하나의 방안으로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This stduy presents public pllicy for young infant to pursue happy-living. Also, this study shows plan to solve an advanced age of populations and low birth-rate when it suddenly decreases nowadays. This study doesn’t reflect married woman employee’s specific needs and problem as well as nursery operator’s dificulties and situation and, not collect various opinion on account of literature study. This study doesn’t present specific and realistic plan for future improvement.
