성인 지적장애인의 자립생활능력 평가척도 개발 연구

A Study on the Development of Rating Scale for Independent Living Ability of Adults with Intellectual Disabilities

본 연구는 장애인 자립생활(independent living)의 개념과 이론적 구조화를 바탕으로 성인 지적장애인의 자립생활능력을 측정 할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발되는 평가척도는 성인지적장애인의 자립생활훈련의 방향성과 내용을 구체화하는데 활용될 수 있는 것을 목표로 고안되었다. 본 연구의 주요과정은 문항개발, 사전조사, 본조사의 단계로 수행되었다. 문항개발에서는 연구자의 연구와 포커스그룹을 통해 158개 문항을 개발하였다. 이 중 새롭게 개발되는 정신적 자립생활능력 문항의 내용타당도를 검증하기 위해 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 사전조사를 통해 최종 확정된 167개 문항으로 전국 성인지적장애인을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하였다. 회수된 341부로 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 문항의 개념타당도, 수렴타당도 분석결과 103개 문항이 확정되었다. 본 연구에서는 성인 지적장애인의 자립생활능력 평가척도로 7개 요인, 26개 하위요인, 총 103개 문항으로 타당성과 신뢰도가 검증된 평가도구가 개발되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a rating scale for independent living ability of adults with intellectual disabilities based on the concept of disabled people’s independent living and structuralized related theories and to examine the validity and reliability of the developed rating scale. This study was implemented in three stages: item developing, pilot survey and main survey. In the stage of item developing, 158 items were developed by conducting a research and focus group interview, and Delphi technique was employed to verify the content validity of the newly developed items of mental independent living skills. After a pilot survey was taken, a main survey was conducted on adults with intellectual disabilities across the nation by using the 167 items. The answer sheets from 341 respondents were analyzed by making a factor analysis and reliability analysis, and the construct validity and convergent validity of the items were additionally analyzed. As a result, 103 items were finally selected.
