The aim of this study is to suggest the method of describing a grammatical information of ‘-eullaeyo(을래요)’ for Korean education. Pedagogical grammar has to be delineated including formal, semantic, pragmatic information. Thus, this study is to consider these characteristics of ‘-eullaeyo(을래요)’ comparing with ‘-eulgeyo(-을게요)’, ‘-eulkkayo(-을까요)’, ‘-gess-seubnida(-겠습니다)’. As the result, it is found the distinctive grammatical features of ‘-eullaeyo(을래요)’ with the proper usage in communicative situation. This paper will suggests how to describe a Korean pedagogical grammar effectively.
