대형할인점의 입지 선정 중요도에 관한 연구

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Majority enterprises select location of a store after analyzing it using various methods based on verified resources. This study aims at examining locational characteristics of large-scale discount stores, and at selecting optimized location in terms of population, access and land price. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The temporal scope of resources was each opening point based on statistical data of Yon0n City in 2010. As to the scope of contents, the current location of large-scale discount stores in Youngin was compared by AHP empirical analysis between stores to figure out any characteristics. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS When complex weight of the whole group and its order were examined, the top three factors were population, size of shop and accessibility from the highest order. And the lowest three items were local development, site area and public transportation from the lowest order. 2. RESULTS When the weight of location of large-scale discount stores was calculated, it showed that E-Mart Jukjeon was is the optimal location followed by E-Mart Dongbaek, E-Mart Heungdeok, E-Mart Suji, E-Mart Yongin, E-Mart Guseong, E-Mart Bora and Lotte Mart Suji.
