A Study on Forecast Model of Housing Sold Guarantee Risk

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to present the forecast model of housing sales guarantee risk. (2) RESEARCH METHOD We employ 200 data which Korea Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd manages and analyze them empirically, using business characteristic, housing market characteristic and regional characteristic. Especially this study used to the logistic regression analysis. (3) RESEARCH RESULTS In the results of this study, financial difficulties, housing market and regional characteristics have influence on the risk of housing guarantee. 2. RESULTS This study offers following implications. 1) Housing guarantee risk is affected by financial difficulty of company, housing market and regional characteristics. 2) Through three results, we will be able to predict accident risk and prevent damage of the Guarantee Co ., Ltd and housing consumers.
