旅游区生态循环与低碳运行模式研究

This article deeply analyzes ecology, harmonious, circulation, development etc. through ecological tourism. Based on correct attitude towards the relationship between ecological tourism and sustainable development, I think harmonious development and biological-recyclable ecology theory is more general and advanced than tourism sustainable development. Biological- recyclable ecology theory points out that eco-system has self-regenerative action and ecological recyclability without which will lead to inevitable extinction no matter nature or human. Harmonious development is the only path that ecological tourism must go. We can see from recycling theory that harmony, maintenance, and recovery are all development besides exploitation. Wet-land recovery, grassland sequential leave, closed fishing, closed hillsides to facilitate reforestation etc. are all development. While industrial civilization collides with ecological civilization, modern civilization collides with traditional civilization, biological- recyclable ecology guides us to develop harmoniously. 本文主要从旅游区生态循环角度，对生态、循环、低碳、发展等观点进行分析，在正确认识旅游区生态循环与可持续发展的基础上，提出了旅游区低碳运行与生态可循环模型，低碳运行与旅游区生态循环强调生态系统自身的再生功能和复苏功能，无论是作为旅游资源的自然生态还是人文生态，如果没有再生功能和复苏功能，最终都逃脱不了消亡的命运！从旅游区生态循环模型出发，生态环境协调是发展，维持是发展，复苏也是发展，而不一定开发才能发展。湿地恢复、草原轮休、大海禁渔、封山育林、文化传人……都是发展。生态文明要成为现代文明的重要基石，更要注重旅游区生态可循环模型下的低碳运行。
