The Role of Communication and Information Technology (ict) on Tourism Industry

Today, tourism industry is one of the basic and largest industries in the world. This industry has a great and influential role on income and increase of raw products in countries. As if some countries including developed countries will call it as major source, work, development of privatization and development infrastructure. Mean while, strong motivations in order to increase the standard of living and the improvement of social services are all available. These creating backgrounds for developing tourist attraction and enriching tourism industry are of purposes in different nations. This way, we are able to use information and communication technology, including internet. Electronic tools and internet in all chains of distributing tourism industry, including airlines, hospitalization, taking out the tour, travel agencies and also travel destination have brought about changes. Therefore, regarding moving all around the world towards electronic business, using such tools in tourism industry is unavoidable.
