Organisations cannot ignore changing customers’ needs, wants, and demand. They have to meet, adopt and respond these new conditions within changing external and/or internal environment. If the change is driven by sponsor and supported by change agent, they can easily adopt new environment. Both national culture and organisational culture should be taken into account in order to achieve expected results because organisational change may have an effect on routines and rituals, stories, symbols, power structures, organisational structures, control systems, and the paradigm. In this regard, the main aim of the paper is to examine the Information Technologies’ organisational change effects on Ministry of Culture and Tourism in Turkey.
