The Effect of Sports in Decreasing Fats in Body

Sport has useful effects in human body. It decreases fat values and influence on human life too. When body is healthy and person does not pain, he/she can think better and so his/her spirit will be in good conditions. Fats in body have not any benefit in physicl activities and are dangerous material. They could limit activities and may cause human to be lazy. In this paper following the results of a one year research, difference between fats values in athletes and non-athletes bodies will be demonstrated and analysed.
