The Survey of Tourisms Development Impact in Rural area from Point of Residents Case Study

Today, tourism industry has effective role in reinforce of the cultural, social and economic structure of developing country. Rural tourism as a branch of tourism industry can play importance role in the revitalize of rural area, empowering of the local people, Diversification and increased employment and income from creating new job opportunities for rural residents, conversation of cultural, historic and environment heritage, and ultimately integrating and sustainable rural development. In hence, the development of tourism in rural areas in the one hand can play an important role in the diversification of the economy of rural communities and the other hands underlying sustainable rural development and acts as a tools of mobility national economic growth. The purpose of this study is the survey Socio-economic effects of tourism on rural development area in Soltanie district. Soltanie district as a case study, having a historical attraction in the city of Soltanie, are considered by domestic and foreign tourists. The method of the research is descriptive and analytical methods and for data collection documentary and field study from questionnaire complete and interviews and direct observation were used. The findings indicate that the area residents have no positive view to create employment and income from tourism development, especially for youth and women and believe to create jobs for non-indigenous people. On the other hand, Tourism development increases the cost of living, prices for land, housing and food costs. Despite the positive social aspects, such as residents awareness, caused some social problems such as social inequality.
