중국내 물류보안 동향과 AEO제도 운영에 관한 고찰

A Study on Logistics Security Trends and AEO Management in China

Since the 9.11 terror in 2001, logistics security to promote the trade facilitation and strengthen the border security is the key challenge of customs administration. Accordingly, the top priority about the exported & imported goods to move among countries, mainly WCO, the United States, and EU is not the existing rapid clearance way but to protect countries and the company’s logistics against terrorism and organized crime. In this study, to research the logistics security trends in China and to suggest the appropriate countermeasures are the basic starting point to investigate. Especially, China as the first trading partner to Korea has imposed AEO in April 2008. So it is needed to present the implications and to suggest the utilizations of China’s execution of AEO. This study showed the following implications and utilizations; joining the china’s AEO, mutual recognizing of AEO, understanding China’s customs system, and utilizing AEO enforceability.
