A Study on Eco-Friendly Logistics Policy in Korea, China and Japan

This paper deal with government policy in related Eco-Friendly logistics in Korea, China and Japan. Chinese government policy of promoting low-carbon way is more dependent on the top-down enforcement rather than voluntary market principles. And Japan has been promoting the green logistics plan associated with all sectors of society based on cooperative system. On the other hand Korea has been promoting policy of intermediate step between China and Japan, mainly lead by central government. Therefore Korean government has to promote green logistics policies through the optimization of the logistics network to reduce energy waste, pursue the low carbon-reduction of logistics machinery and equipment, and develop an mode to appropriate demand for green low-carbon economic growth.
