예비교사의 통합적 이해를 위한 개념도 활용 교사교육 모델의 제안

The Suggestion of a Teacher Training Model for Would-be Teachers’s Integrated Understanding - Centering on a case of Music Education

자발적 경험과 사고의 과정을 통한 가치의 발견보다 지식습득과 같은 결과위주의 학습만을 요구하는 현대 음악교육의 상황 아래, 본 연구는 자발적이고 긍정적인 경험과 확산적 사고를 유도할 수 있는 개념도의 개념을 예비교사를 위한 직전교육과정에 도입, 예비교사의 통합적 이해를 위한 개념도 활용 교사교육 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 오늘 날의 음악교육은 음악적 자극에 의해 발생하는 자발적 경험과 사고의 과정, 그리고 이로 인한 통합적 결과물을 중시하기보다는, 정형화된 지식과 실기능력의 향상만을 목표하고 평가하여, 다양한 관점에서 기대할 수 있는 학습자(예비교사)의 능동적이고 논리적인 사고의 흐름을 방해하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기계적이고 획일적인 반복학습을 지양하고, 학습자의 자발적 경험을 통해 스스로 발견하고 확산적으로 사고하며, 나아가 그 안에서 보다 정교화 된 지식과 개념, 그리고 가치를 부여할 수 있는 교사교육 모델을 제안함으로써, 첫째 예비교사의 통합적 이해를 통한 음악과의 긍정적인 관계 형성을 유도하고, 둘째 선행조직자의 역할을 감당할 수 있는 교육적 사고의 틀을 제공하고자 한다.

A modern musical education requires results-oriented learning like an acquisition more than a discovery of the value of voluntary experience and the thinking process. So, this study institutes an idea of a concept map that induces a voluntary process, positive experience, and divergent thinking to on-the-job training. Also, the study suggests a new musical education model using the concept map for would-be teachers’ integrated understanding. Today’s musical education evaluates students only with their stereotyped knowledge and improved practical skill on the subject rather than with their voluntary experience, thinking process, and the total outcome from their voluntary process as well as experience. This is why today’s musical education disrupts learners’ (would-be teachers’) active and logical thinking processes which could be shown in many parts of their activities. Therefore, this study is intended to reject the standardized and repeated practice of their school study by making learners find problems by themselves and by forcing learners to do divergent thinking. Furthermore, it suggests more elaborate knowledge, an idea, and a new teacher training model that has a better effect on value. In addition, it has two positive effects by doing that: 1, it induces would-be teachers to have a positive relationship with music through learners’ (would-be teachers’) integrated understanding, and 2, it offers would-be teachers a frame for educational thoughts that is equal to a role of an advance organizer.
