스마트 기기를 이용한 기준점 관리 및 활용 방안

A Study on the Utilization and Management of Datum Point Using Smart Equipment

최근 다양한 분야에서 유비쿼터스 개념이 적용된 제품이 실생활에 사용되고 있으며 편리한 생활을 영위할 수 있게 도와주고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 맞추어 측량, 지적 분야에도 다양한 사업이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 RFID(Radio-Frequency IDentification)와 QR-Code(Quick Response code)를 이용하여 기준점 관리와 활용방안을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 지적기준점에서 사용하고 있는 도근점을 대체할 수 있는 스마트 도근점을 이용하여 스마트폰 및 노트북과 활용하여 도근점의 위치정보와 속성정보를 제공 및 관리하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 이용관점에서 사용자 측면과 갱신, 유지 관리라는 관리자 측면을 함께 고려한 시스템적용 방안을 연구하였다. 본 연구는 적용성에 있어서 가격이 저렴하고 실시간으로 네트워크를 이용하여 정보의 제공 및 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 기준점 갱신 및 유지관리에도 획기적인 방법이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, ubiquitous concept is applied to many items and that items are used in many parts of the world. In survey and cadastral parts, many researchers are tried to apply ubiquitous technology to their study. In this study, we suggest management plan, this management plan can be used to managing datum point and it will use the RFID and QR-Code. We will develop new type supplementary control point(SCP) that will cover old type SCP. We can use that point with smart-phone and laptop, and that point will give information about location data and attribute data. New type point is not expensive and easy to access to database, get information. So we expect new type SCP will grow up in sruvey and cadastral parts.
