During college, self-identity is formed, and participation in social activities increases. Because appearance accounts for a great deal in college students' lives, it is necessary to perform an in-depth study. As total coordination becomes more common in the modern fashion industry, it is necessary to perform an integrated study on total fashion coordination factors. Therefore, this study has attempted to investigate Total Fashion Coordination (TFC) attitude, interest in appearance and appearance management behavior of college students who have had a significant impact on appearance-related industries these days. The following results were obtained. First, respondents said that it is important to check how they look before going out, select a bag and shoes which go well with their clothes and have TPO coordination. TFC attitude was high among college women, those who major in fashion and beauty-related studies and seniors. Second, college students were very interested in their appearance. According to the survey, 'I check how I look before going out' had the most responses while 'I am concerned about my appearance if there is a slight change in my weight' had the least responses. College women were more concerned about their appearance than male students. In terms of major, those who were majoring in fashion and beauty-related studies were more interested in appearance than the students with other majors. In terms of the academic year, no significant difference was observed. Third, most college students showed high interest in their appearance. However, they were not very concerned with appearance management behavior. In terms of appearance management behavior, 'I wear perfume' had the most responses while 'I wear body-shaping underwear (ex: corset, etc.) to make myself look thin' had the least responses. Appearance management behavior was high among female students, those who major in fashion and beauty-related studies and sophomores.
