한반도를 물류거점화하기 위한 성공요인 도출 및 구조모델 구축에 관한 연구

최근 한반도의 국제물류 거점화계획은 국가생존전략으로 인식되고 있으며, 선점체제를 갖추지 못할 경우 중국 및 일본 등 주변국에 물류중심자리를 내주어야하는 심각한 상황을 맞고 있다. 특히, 물류산업은 중국의 부가가치를 흡수할 수 있는 산업이며, 물류선진국의 사례에서도 볼 수 있듯이 국부창출이 가능한 산업이다. 이러한 필요성에도 불구하고 거시적인 계획은 수립되어 있으나 세부적이고 미시적인 방향 및 전략이 부재하며, 성공요인도출 및 이를 통한 구조파악, 전략의 우선순위 설정 등에 대한 구체적인 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 한반도를 물류중심 국가로 거점화하기 위하여, 사례연구를 바탕으로 한 물류거점 성공요인을 도출하였으며, 요인을 바탕으로 한 물류거점화 구조모델을 구축하였다. 또한 FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling)법을 적용하여 정책 방향제시하였다.

In recent years, it has been recognized that the planning centering on international logistics in the Peninsula of Korea is Korea's survival strategy. Unless preoccupying system is prepared, we have been faced with serious circumstances that the hub position of logistics in the Peninsula of Korea may be yielded to the surrounding countries such as China and Japan. Especially, logistics is the industry that can absorb China's value added and be capable of creating the wealth of nation as can be seen in the examples of logistically advanced countries. Despite these necessities, macro-planning has been established but not yet in micro-perspectives such as specifics directions and strategies. Further, it is immature in the specific studies on the induction of success factors and understanding its structure, establishment of the priority order of strategies, etc. The purpose of this study is to suggest the policy directions by the analysis of structural model that was established as a logistics hub on the basis of the induced success factors. The process began by abstracting the components that composed the success factors in logistics hub through recent research, and grouping it by the most core components. Also, by using the FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) method to understand the structure of the grouped components, and the structural model for Korea as an International Logistics Hub was able to obtain as the result. When analyzing the obtained structural model, ‘market size and potential growth in the region', ‘traffic connectitivity and access to markets' and ‘sea/air ports and intermodal transportation' came out to be the most important component groups, and especially ‘market size and potential growth in the region' and ‘traffic connectitivity and access to markets' were the most effective component that effected all the other components overall.
