In this study, cognitive performance property of outsourcing hotel management performance and to identify and understand the relationships of factors affecting competitiveness of the hotel company and the future-oriented management strategy for the efficient utilization of outsourcing is proposed. The results of study are as follows: First, the impact of outsourcing on financial performance, quality of service is perceived property. In particular, service quality has a positive impact on financial performance for the growing outsourcing of hotel service quality is perceived to be important were analyzed. Second, the technology and the quality of the services affected. However, the technical and business skills that were analyzed in the negative affect. Ability to work to take advantage of the increase in the cost of the hotel, and that perception is analyzed. Third, the external and the ability to work and had an impact on the quality of service. Therefore, service quality and positive impact on the technology that has been analyzed that, for the increased cost of service quality perceptions in the hotel and that is analyzed. Fourth, External influence and perceived attributes of outsourcing is the mutual support and service quality. Impact of outsourcing a lot of satisfaction, perceived service quality attributes, business skills, is mutual support . Satisfaction with service quality and business skills can be seen that high impact.
