This study have two purposes. The first is to examine the relation between change in employment of recognition and organizational commitment. The second is to examine the moderating effect of the perceived organizational support on the relation between change in employment of recognition and organizational commitment. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: First, Results showed that change in employment of recognition had significant influence on the organizational commitment. Second regarding the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on the change in employment of recognition and organizational commitment, perceived organizational support has shown a moderating effect.
