The Effects of Importance and Satisfaction about Indoor Driving Range’s Service Quality on the Behavioral Intention: Focused on Wonju City

The purpose of this study are to find out the importance and satisfaction about indoor driving range's service quality and how those effects on the behavioral intention. Also, the objective of this study is for indoor driving range's managers to effectively manage those and give them suggestion. The subjects of the study were selected from customers who use the indoor driving range located in wonju region. 119 surveys are answered and 101 surveys are used for this research by Factor analysis, Reliability, t-test, ANOVA and Duncan test and Regression Analysis. The results of analysis are as follows. First, In importance for indoor golf service quality's factors, facilities, convenient service, frequency of use, price and response service factors are proved significant. The importance for golf service quality's factor is effected by demographic and individual character. Second, In satisfaction for indoor golf service quality's factors, place, facilites, service and employee factors are proved significant. The satisfaction for golf service quality's factor is effected by demographic and individual character. Third, In difference between importance and satisfaction for indoor golf service quality, all of the factors are prove significant except for three-factors. This is because the satisfaction is remarkably low comparing with the importance. Fourth, In the effect of the importance and satisfaction on the behavioral intention, the importance and satisfaction positively effect on intention of revisit and recommendation.
