The Effect of Operation Employees’Social Capital on the Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment in the Hotel Industry

This study aims to examine how hotel employee's self efficacy and social Capital, one of environmental variants, can influence his Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment in performing his duty. It is also another goal of this study to provide strategic materials through making out preventive measures against the Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the employees of the deluxe hotels in Seoul area. The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the trust, network, norm turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's self efficacy. Second, the trust, network turn out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, the self efficacy turned out to have affirmative effects on hotel employee's job satisfaction.
