전자해도 객체 카탈로그 입력지침 개정에 따른 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on the effect of the revised Use of the Object Catalogue for ENC

전자해도 세부 속성정보 입력에 중요한 참고자료가 되는 전자해도 객체 카탈로그 입력지침(UOC)는 그동안 수정금지 되었으나, 최근 국제수로기구 기술 위원회의 협의를 거쳐 신규 버전을 개발하였으며, 이에 따라 전자해도 제작 시스템, 정보 입력자 및 ECDIS 제작자에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 개정된 객체 카탈로그 입력지침을 분석하고 기존 문서와 비교를 통해 변경 내역을 파악하였으며 관련되는 시스템 및 담당자로의 영향 및 시사점을 도출 하였다.

Use of the Object Catalogue for ENC(UOC) which can be important reference to encoding detailed attribute for ENC has been prohibited to the revision. Recently new edition is developed through the discussion of IHO TSMAD working group, therefore, it is expected to have a effect to production systems, encoders and ECDIS OEMs. In this study, revised UOC was analyzed and compared to previous documents. In conclusion, the effects to the related systems, encoders and OEMs, and their implecations are drawn from that.
