As a result, it was found that the increase rate of sales had significance at level of confidence, 10%. In light of the increase rate of sales, the advanced logistics (physical distribution) firm is judged to be better that the general firm. As a result of attempting to analyze the results from the t-test of profitability ratios, current profit to sales, profit ratio of net worth, and profit ratio of equity capital had significance at level of confidence, 5%. Therefore, it was analyzed that the advanced logistics firm was better that the gengral firm in terms of current profit to sales, profit margin on sales, current rate of return on assets, profit ratio of worth, and profit ratio of equity capital. And the rate of depreciation had significance at a level of confidence, 10%. And the average rate of interest on loans payable had significance at level of confidence, 10%. It was analysis that the average rate of interests on loans payable was lower in the advanced logistic firm that it was in the general firm, As a consequence of analyzing stability ratios, it was found that the level of dependency on loans payable had significance at the level of confidence, 10%. Thus, it was analyzed that the advanced logistics firm had the lower level of dependency on loans payable that the general firm, But there was no significance in current ratio, equity ratio, debt to equity ratio, and fixed long-term rate of relevance. As a result of analyzing activity ratios, receivables turnover had significance at a level of confidence, 10%. Therefore, it was analyed that the advanced logistics firm had better receivable turnover that the general firm. In light of this result of analysis, it is judged that the firm's construction of the logistics (management) system has an significant effect on its development. The limitation of this study is that the firms announced by the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry to be logistically advanced were selected as the object of study. It is very skeptical whether they can be defined as advanced logistics firm. And a comparative analysis was made about growability, profitability, stability and activity by general firm and by category of business, but there was a limitation of study with no due regard to firm size, firm age and the like. But, as shown from the result of analysis in this study, it can be seen that the reasonable construction of the logistics (physical distribution) management system is a very important element for corporate survival, Therefore, every firm will have to achieve a reduction in logistics cost(physical distribution) by construction the logistics management system appropriate to its actual situation.
