환경불확실성에 따른 물류실행지원과 정보활용 수준이 물류성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증분석

An Empirical Study on Impacts of Logistical Supporting and Practical Use of Information on Logistics Performance

본 연구는 물류관리시스템의 중요성을 인식하여 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인이 무엇이며, 그 요인간 관계가 어떻게 연결되어 있는지를 규명하여 기업의 물류성과를 극대화하기 위한 정책 수립 시에 합리적인 지침을 제시하고자 하는 것이 주된 연구목적이다. 실증분석과, 물류성과눈 뮬류정보활용수준과 물류실행지원요인에 의해 지접 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 각 성과 요인들간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 먼저 물류 실행 지원 요인은 기술적 불확실성과 수요량 불확실성에 의해 직접적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경 불확실성은 물류정보활용 수준에 영향을 미치나 그 영향은 직접적이라기보다는 환경 불확실성이 물류실행지원 "내 요인을 통해 간접적으로 물류정보활용 수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 물류성과는 물류 실행 지원 요인과 물류정보활용 수준에 의해 영향을 받으나 이는 직접적이라기보다는 환경 불확실성이 물류 실행 요인에 영향을 미쳐 이것이 물류정보활용 수준을 통해 물류성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 물류·성과를 제고시키기 위한 물류성과측정이나 수익성 향상을 위해 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 활용해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

This paper attempts to study the hierarchical relationship among logistics performance measures and the structural relationship between logistics performance measures and its drivers. Therefore this paper has devoted attention to suggest competitive strategies that would be helpful in achieving the logistics goals. On the basis of the results in this empirical research, the findings of this paper show that logistics performance of firrrs are influenced directly by logistical supporting and practical use of infonnation. The results of structural relationship between logistics perfonnance measures and its drivers can be sunnnarized as follows. First, environmental uncertainty directly influence on the logistical supporting. Second, practical use of logistics information itself is influenced mainly by environnental uncertainty, which in turn is influenced by logistical supporting indirectly. Third, logistic performances are influenced mainly by logistical supporting and practical use of infonnation, which in tum is influenced by envirorunental uncertainty indirectly. 'The results of this paper help to enhance the finrs to become aligned and focused on improving the competitive strategies of logistics system.
