유닛로드시스템 인증기준에 관한 연구

A Study on the Certificated of Unit Load System

물류의 제 기능이 유기적으로 연결되고 효율적인 활동이 이루어지기 위해서 물류표준화는 가장 기본이 되는 선결요건이다. 물류표준화중에서도 물류 전 부문에 걸쳐 가장 기본이 되며 최종 완성된 모습이기도 한 것이 바로 유닛로드시스템이다. 유닛로드시스템은 보관 • 하역에서 수송 및 포장과 유통가공 등에도 영향을 미치는 물류의 중요 요소이다. 이는 물류가 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 S/W 부문에서는 물류의 정보화도 중요하지만, H/W부문에서는 특히 파렛트를 중심으로 한 유닛로드시스템이 중요하기 때문이다. 이와 관련 정부에서는 물류의 발전을 위하여 빠른 시간 내에 효율적인 물류 체계가 산업 현장에 적용되기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 그 방법의 하나가 바로 물류표준설비인증이며, 특히 유닛로드시스템을 인증함으로씨 기업의 호응을 얻어 물류의 발전을 꾀하고 있다. 그러나 유닛로드의 개념은 여러 문헌에서 볼 수 있으며, 현장에서 적용하고 있으나, 어떤 항목이 유닛로드시스댐을 구성하고 있으며, 시스템에 의해 운영되고 있는지에 대해서 구체적인 인증에 필요한 항목이 없는 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 논문은 세계적으로도 이러한 인증이 없어 최초로 시도해 보는 것에 의미를 두며, ULS인증 기준을 설정하고자 하였다.

Generally, those companies which have introduced logistics standardization show higher growth in sales and profits than the others who have not. Standardization is a basic of Logistics. Unit Load System(ULS) is the Basis of the total logistics System, can be affected on business performance positively. A company adopted ULS in logistics, it would accelerate progress of work efficiency of productivity. But there are few domestics enterprises that recognize standardization of logistics. The standardization level of ULS is lower than other country(ex. Japan). For the developing logistics function or system in Korea more easily, as an easiest way, it is required to build ULS. We have certificated of logistics equipment. And so, Making a check list of ULS, we compared with standards of logistics equipment. The purpose of this paper is to make a check list that certificated of VLS in logistics.
