A master plan for the Advanced Model of Korea Cadastral Resurvey Project

GPS위성측위의 급진적인 발전과 확대에 따라서 측지망이 튼튼하다고 추정하고서 재조사측량을 수행할 계획이다. 우리나라 지적도면의 갱신에 있어서 재조사측량과 병행하여야 하며 아직 까지도 기본적인 자료는 도해지적에 의하여 작성한 기초자료를 이용하고 있다. 지적재조사측량의 장애요소로 기관의 책임성과 불균질한 도면의 문제로 지적재조사사업의 장애가 되고 있다. 아직 까지도 이러한 당면한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 새로운 지적선진화모델을 창설하여 보다 양질의 자료관리와 환경에 적용하려고 한다.

The fast development and widely expanded applications of GPS positioning technology and photogrammetry has made the basic assumption the geodetic frame systems remain stable. The revision survey is a frequent and continued cadastral surveying work. The revision survey of Korea cadastral maps not created with numeric resurvey, no matter its current format is full numeric or not, still relies on the use of analogue media. It inevitably becomes a major obstacle to improve the quality of revision survey. The analog based cadastral map and the cadastral surveying systems have been long ignoring this il-regular problem, and even included a detrimental new requirements for executing revision survey on paper cadastral maps. The quality of future revision survey is certainly open to suspicion. Starting from the practical matters surveyors of the surveying agency shall face while executing revision survey, this paper intends to discuss feasible solutions and concrete steps to complete digital revision survey, so as to meet the challenge of improving current operation models and creating a better management and application environment for the KCRP(Korean Cadastral Revision Project).
