협업물류정보시스템의 도입과 실행 전략에 관한 연구

A Study on the Introduction and Implementation Strategy of Collaborative Logistics Information System

기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 효율적인 물류관리를 위해서는 동일한 가치사슬상에 있는 관계당사자들(공급자, 생산자, 유통업자, 고객 등) 간의 협력적 관계의 강화가 필수적임에도 불구하고 많은 시간적ㆍ공간적 제약이 따랐다. 하지만 정보기술의 발전은 협업물류정보시스템을 출현시키고 시간과 공간을 초월한 협업이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구는 협업물류정보시스템의 이론적 내용을 고찰하고, 우리나라의 협업물류정보시스템 구축 현황과 도입필요성 여부를 분석하며, 도입을 위한 합리적인 도입 및 실행 전략을 논하고자 한다.

Recently, there are two important research trends in the literature of the real-time collaborative computing and electronic logistics process automation. This paper is one of those efforts to establish an effective working on logistics and computing environment through the collaborative information system. With the vast development of computers and information technology, internet enables us to change the conventional methods of managements, especially in the logistics management. The purpose of this paper is to explain the rational and appropriate selection on the introduction of Collaborative Logistics Information System and how to apply implementation strategies of Collaborative Logistics Information System under present internet circumstances.
