근래 국내 물류산업의 발전은 자체산업의 발전은 물론 화주기업들의 경쟁력과도 직결되는 문제이기 때문에 2004년 정부에서는 국가물류체계 개선대책을 수립하였으며, 이어서 물류기업의 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해 종합물류기업 육성방안을 발표하였다. 실제, 정책적 지원을 위해 종합물류기업 인증제도가 2004년말 국회를 통과 하였으며, 화주기업에 대한 세계지원 등을 통한 종합물류기업의 국제경쟁력 향상을 위해 노력하고 있으나, 중소기업들의 반발과 함께 인증기준의 완화로 국제 경쟁력 제고에 도움이 되지 못할 것이라는 우려의 목소리도 공존하고 있다. 그러나 중앙물류기업 인증제도가 기존의 목표인 우리나라 물류기업들의 국제경쟁력 강화에 도움이 되는 영향으로 진행이 되어야 함에는 이견이 없을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 문헌연구와 pilot survey를 통해 종합물류기업 인증제도의 문제점과 개선방안을 살펴보고 종합물류기업 인증제도에 따른 물류기업 의 대응전략을 고찰하고자 하였다.
Having recently been faced with difficulties due to the increase of production and logistics expenses, manufacturing companies are trying to consider outsourcing some of logistics as a key solution to these difficulties. Therefore, Korean government has been planning a strategy for a training of global logistics companies in order to the Certificate of a General Logistics Company. We suggest that as a Counter-Strategic Measures of Logistics Firms against adopting the Certificate of a General Logistics Company in Korea. This study were mainly conducted by literature review and pilot study. The main content were divided in to five parts including the environment of logistics industry, definition of general logistics company, and the confronting strategy to a certification of general logistics company.
