서울시 화물자의 유동패턴 추이분석

A Study on the Trend of Flow Patterns of Freight Trucks in Seoul

도시지역 내 물류활동의 주된 주제는 화물차라 할 수 있다. 따라서 화물차 관련현황을 이해하고 관련정책을 꾀하기 위한 첫 단계로 화물 물동량의 유동패턴 의 특징을 파악하는 것은 가장 시급한 것이라 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 연구는 그 간 여객유동에 치우친 연구와 정책에 의하여 상당부문 소외시되어 왔었다. 그러나 최근 서울시를 포함한 화물 물동량 조사가 대규모적으로 이루어져 기초자료가 기 확보된 상태이므로 그 변화추이를 살펴 보는 것은 큰 의 의가있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 서울시를 대상으로 1997년과 2001년 화물 물동량 O/D를 이용하여 유동패턴의 추이를 분석하여 그 변화특징을 살펴 보고， 이를 산업 구조의 변화와 비교해 특징을 살펴 봄에 그 목적을 두었다. 유동패턴의 분석을 위해서 인지분석을 통한 기능지역을 도출하였고， 산업구조의 상대적 특화는 LQ 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 1997년과 2001년의 유동패턴은 공통점도 많으니 상당한 차이를 보이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 유동패턴과 특화산업의 연계를 보아도 서울시는 비교년도 간 유동패턴과 산업구조에 있어 크고 작은 변화가 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 이러한 결과는 사용된 2개 연도 화물 물동량 O/D의 조사 집계, 전주화방법의 차이 등에 따라 오차를 보일 수 있는 한계를 지니는 바 향후 추가 년도와의 비교를 통해서만의 보다 정확한 유동패턴의 특징을 도출할 수 있는 것으로 시료된다.

The main core of logistic activities in urban area is freight trucks. In understanding the general status for freight trucks and in inducing a policy relating to it, firstly, it is very important 10 be investigated flow patterns of freight transpon volume. But, the study was mostly outside in interesting because most of studies have been concentrated in passenger flow, and it was concerned by policies until now. Fortunately, numberous examination for freight transport volume in most of cities containing Seoul were performed in recent, and lots of basic data were already collected. A concrete analysis on the trend of flow patterns has a great significance. Therefore. this study is aim 10 investigate relation between change of industry structure and them since we investigates the trend of flow pattern using freight transport volume % through 1997 and 2001 for Seoul and analyze theirs properties in change. First, we chose functional region through factor analysis to analyze flow pattern, relative specialty in industry structure performed through LQ analysis. From the result, we found a similar thing in flow patterns of 1997 and 200 I, but also a great difference. We figured out a great change in flow pattern and industry structure as compared with the years in Seoul through these flow pattern and specified industry. But, this result could be caused an error through investigation of 00 and collection of data for the applied two years. It is considered that we need more study in flow pattern through compared with added years in future.
