산재환자의 자기효능감이 임상요인에 미치는 효과

A Study on the Effect of the Self-Efficacy of the Industrial Accident Victims on their Clinical Factors. -A Preliminary Study for Development of a Psychological Rehabilitation Therapy Program for Industrial Accident Victims -

본 연구는 산재환자의 자기효능감이 분노, 불안, 신체화, 사회적지지, 우울의 임상요인에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 산재환자의 자기효능감 향상을 위한 심리재활치료 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료의 수집을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과, 첫째, 산재환자의 자기효능감은 산재환자의 일반적 특성 중 성별, 교육수준에서 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 산재환자의 일반적 특성에 따른 임상요인 간 차이는 성별, 결혼상태, 교육정도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 산재환자의 산재관련 특성 중 요양기간 항목에서 분노를 제외한 불안, 사회적 지지결여, 신체화, 우울에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 산재환자의 자기효능감과 임상요인 간의 상관분석을 한 결과 유의한 부적상관이 나타났다. 산재환자의 자기효능감이 임상요인에 미치는 효과에 대한 단계적 중다회귀분석 결과 일반적 자기효능감이 우울, 사회적 지지결여, 신체화, 분노, 불안 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 산재환자의 다양한 임상요인 완화를 위해서는 자기효능감 강화 프로그램이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

This study contains the result of the analysis, how self-efficacy of industrial accident victims has an impact on clinical factors such as fury, anxiety, somatizaion, social support and depression. The purpose of this study is to collect basic information to develop a psychological rehabilitation therapy program for strengthening the victims' self-efficacy. First, the findings pertaining to the analysis were that self-efficacy of the victims showed significant extent in sex and education level. Second, the difference between clinical factors according to the victims' general characteristics showed significant differences in sex, marriage and education level. Third, the period of recuperation among the victims' characteristics showed significant differences in anxiety, deficiency of social support, somatizaion, depression except fury. Fourth, the result of correlation analysis between the victims' self-efficacy and clinical factors showed significant negative correlation. Fifth, according to the stepwise multiple regression analysis on how the victims' self-efficacy influences clinical factors, the effects on self-efficacy came in the following order: depression, deficiency of social support, somatizaion, and fury. In conclusion, a program for enhancing self-efficacy is necessary in order to diminish various clinical factors of the victims.
