평가인증 조력에 대한 민간ㆍ가정 보육시설 종사자의 조력 요구도

The request level of staffs in private and family child care centers regarding accreditation assistance

본 연구의 목적은 민간ㆍ가정 보육 시설의 조력 횟수, 조력 집단 형태의 요구와 평가인증 지표 영역별의 조력 유형 요구도를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울시에 위치한 보육시설 중 2009년부터 2010년까지 평가인증에 참여한 시설 중 민간ㆍ가정 보육시설 종사자 108명을 대상으로 설문조사 형태로 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, x²검증을 실시하였고, 연구 결과, 민간ㆍ가정 보육시설 종사자들은 3~4회의 조력 횟수, 어린이집 상황에 맞는 개별적인 조력 집단 형태를 요구 하였으며, 평가인증 영역별로 요구하는 조력 유형으로는 보육환경 및 운영관리, 보육과정, 건강과 영양, 안전 영역에서는 직접 방문조력 유형에 대한 요구가 가장 높았으며, 상호작용과 교수법 영역에서는 대집단 교육의 조력 유형의 요구가 가장 높았다.

The purpose of this study is to examine 3 items: the frequency of accreditation assistance performed in private and family child care centers, the specific requests of types of accreditation assistance, and the request level of types of accreditation assistance regarding evaluation index. To study above factors, the survey was conducted among 108 staff in private and family child care centers from 2009 to 2010 in Seoul region. Data analysis were conducted by descriptive statistics and x²-test. According to the results, the staffs of the private and family child care centers requested the customized and individual formation of 3 to 4 accreditation assistances. The staffs of centers requested direct visiting assistance in caring environment, administrative management, curriculum, health and nutrition, and safety fields, moreover, they strongly requested group education in interaction and teaching method.
