The recent change of distribution environment requires the necessity of wholesale delivery business. The reason is that small and medium size shops want to be supplied various products with little capacity. The efficiency of logistics on small and medium size shops are very important and it may make better condition for the their competition. However most suppliers don't recognize the wholesale delivery business and futhermore wholesale delivery businesses themselves are also very small size with management difficulty. Therefore this paper shows the present situation of logistics management on wholesale delivery business. Also, based on this, this paper tries to propose the improvement plans.
