업종별 관리자집단과 일반담당자간의 제3자 물류업체 선정을 위한 의사결정 비교 연구

A Comparative Study on the Selection of the Third Party Logistics Company between Managerial Group and General Employee by Types or Business

제3자 물류는 전통적으로 조직내에서 수행되던 물류기능을 외부기업을 통하여 수행하는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 첫째, 일반적으로 제3자 물류업체를 선정하는 과정에서 업체검색과 비교분석을 담당하는 일반담당자들을 대상으로 업종에 따라 상대적 중요도에 차이가 있는가를 분석하였다. 둘째는 최종업체 선정에 어느 정도 권한이 있는 과리자급으로 구성된 관리자집단을 대상으로 하여 업종에 따라 선정기준의 상대적 중요도에 차이가 있는가를 규명하였다. 마지막으로 관리자집단과 일반담당자들 간 중요도에 대한 인식의 차이를 알아보았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 일반적인 방법으로 업체를 선정하는 겅게 관리자의견들을 활용함으로써 보다 합리적인 의사결정을 할 수 있을 것이라 판단되다.

Recently, the logistics environment has changed and companies which are trying 10 reinforce core competency and the customer-oriented logistics service level have been greatly interested in utilizing (he third party logistics. Third-party logislics(fPL) invloves the use of external companies to perform logistics functions thai have traditionally been performed within an organization. First, this study analyzed the difference of relative importance in view of the general employee by types of business. Second, this research examined me difference of relative imponance in view of managerial group by types of business. Third, comparative analysis which finding the rank difference verification of selection factors and detailed selection variables between general employee and managerial group was executed. Finally, this research intends to construct new selection method which was more objective than existing selection method of third party logistics company.
