수 · 배송 물류의 환경부하 산출과 성과지표 활용에 관한 사례 연구

A Study on the Environment Load Calculation and Performance Index of Transportation Logistics

물류분야에서도 환경문제가 새로운 경쟁요소로 대두되고 있어 그 대책마련이 요청되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수 • 배송 물류에 있어서 이산화탄소 등 배출가스에 대한 환경성과지표를 설정하고 이를 달성하기 위하여 기업의 노력이 경주되어야 할 것이라고 보고, 이산화탄소를 중심으로 환경부하량 산출방법을 모색 해보고자 한다. 이 목적용 달성하기 위하여 환경에 영향을 미치는 기업의 수 • 배송 물류 형태를 4개 기업의 중심으로 조사해 본 결과, 이산화탄소 등의 배출량 산정 방법에는 연료(撚料)법, 톤 • 킬로(ton • km)법, 요금(料金)법, 혼재법의 5가지로 구분할 수 있으며, 환경부하량 산정과 성과지표의 활용방법을 제시 하고자 하였다. 향후 혼재 수 • 배송물류인 경우의 기업별 배출량 배분방법이 연구되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

It is clear that a solution is needed since environment issue has become a new competitive factor also in logistics industry. Industry effort 10 achieve environmental accomplishment index on gas discharge including Carbon Dioxide is urgently need also in transportation, delivery and logistics industry. Therefore this study is to find a calculation method for environment load focused on Carbon Dioxide. To achieve this goal, four company cases were examined all type of transportation/delivery that affect environment. Calculation method for discharge volume of Carbon Dioxide can be divided into five method including fuel method, gas mileage method, ton-km method, charge method, and consolidation method. Calculation of environment load and use of accomplishment index were suggested through actual sources obtained from four companies. It is expected that calculation for discharge volume by company for cases of consolidation transportation should be studied in the near future.
