고해상 디지털 항공사진측량기술의 지적측량 적용방안

The Applicable Method of Aerial Photogrammetry Technology for Cadastral Surveying

본 연구에서는 지적측량을 위한 항공사진측량의 국내외 활용 사례를 조사하고 디지털 항공카메라를 이용한 사진측량의 지적측량에의 적용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 항공사진측량은 지형도제작 등에서는 오래전부터 사용되었지만 지적측량에서는 상대적으로 드물게 활용되고 있다. 최근 디지털 항공카메라의 개발과 정보기술의 발달로 고해상 영상취득이 가능해지고 있지만 지적측량에의 적용을 위해서 우선 법제도적 문제, 항측기술을 이용한 표준 지적 경계추출 프로세스 등이 마련되어야 하며 향후 지적정보와 항공사진의 영상정보를 융합하여 공간정보산업을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of aerial photogrammetry for cadastral surveying at home and overseas and propose ways to apply it for cadastral surveying with digital aerial photogrammetry camera. Actually, aerial photogrammetry had been applied for topographical mapping as a standard technology long time ago, but it had not been mature for cadastral surveying relatively. Recently, the advancement of digital aerial photogrammetry camera and the development of Information Technology encourage to capture the high resolution imagery, but for the actual applying it for cadastral surveying, the law and the institutional problems, standard procedures for cadastral boundaries’ extraction with aerial photogrammetry should be arranged in advance. Hence, the fusion method of aerial photo with cadastral information to revitalize the spatia information industry should be actively considered.
