부모코칭역량의 구성요인 탐색 및 검사도구 개발

Exploration of the Structure of Parent Coaching Competences and develop Scale for parents with children in early childhood

본 연구는 유아기 부모를 위한 부모코칭역량 검사도구를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 역량을 탐색하여 검사도구를 구성하여 서울, 경기지역에 거주한 남녀 부모 169명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 이에 대한 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 자료분석방법으로는 SPSS Win 19.0 프로그램과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 Normed x²(NC), df, x²/df, RESEA, GFI, CFI, TLI와 상관계수, 판별타당도, 중다상관자승(SMC)를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 부모코칭역량 검사도구가 검증되어 적합한 것으로 나타났으며 최종적으로 5개의 요인과 18개의 하위척도로 구성되었다. 이를 구성하는 5개의 부모코칭역량은 ‘실행역량’, ‘의사역량’, ‘관계역량’, ‘의식역량’, ‘성장역량’의 요인으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop CCS(Coaching competency scale) for parents with children in early childhood. For this, after the competence exploratory and structuring of Parent Coaching Competences, the survey was conducted on 169 male and female parents with children in early childhood in SEOUL and Gyeonggi-do for the verification of reliability and validity. The researcher used SPSS Win 19.0 program for exploratory factor analysis and AMOS 7.0 program for confirmatory factor analysis to develop scale for Parent Coaching Competences. As the tools for this research, Normed x²(NC), df, x²/df, RMSEA, GFI, CFI, TLI and SMC, Correlation, Discriminant Validity were used. The validity and reliability of the scale was verified, and 5 factors -competences of ’Action’, ‘Communication’, ‘Relation’, ‘Awareness’, and ‘Growth’- and 18 subscales were confirmed.
