현장전문가들이 지각한 유아의 탄력적 심리행동 특성

The character of children's resilient mentality and behavior based on an aspect of professional

본 연구는 유아의 탄력적 심리행동적인 특성과 관련된 내용을 분석하고, 부모상담 및 부모교육에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 아동심리치료사와 임상심리전문가 그리고 유아교육기관 종사자 각 5명으로 이루어진 총 15명을 대상으로 탄력적 유아의 특성과 관련된 사례를 제공받아 내용분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 4개의 대범주와 20개의 소범주가 추출되었으며, 이 중정서적 탄력성과 관련된 대범주 영역이 가장 많이 보고되어졌으며, 상대적으로 다른 대범주에 비해 많은 특성과 구성요소를 지닌 것으로 보고되었다. 그 다음으로는 사회환경적 탄력성에 대한 내용이 많이 나타났는데, 특히 신뢰와 친밀성이 유아에게 두드러지게 나타났으며 유능적 탄력성에서는 능동적 활동성과 문제해결력 순으로 높은 빈도를 보이며 나타났다. 마지막으로 성장지향적 탄력성에서는 호기심과 성취동기가 많은 빈도수를 보이며 보고되었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyse a mentality and behavior of resilient children and obtain basic information about education and consultation for parents. Data was collected from 15 participants' experience about a character of resilient children(a therapist, clinical psychologist and the persons for an educational institutions). Data analysis above revealed following results. 4 main categories and 20 sub-categories were extracted from the data. Firstly, the category, emotional resilience, was mostly reported and showed more features and factors than the other categories. Secondly, social and environmental resilience was also reported and related with more reliance and intimacy. Thirdly, competent resilience was related with a capability for solving a problem and activity. Finally, future-oriented resilience frequently showed more curiosity and achievement motive.
