중국 에코시티 현황과 문제점에 관한 연구

A Study on the Current States and Problems for Eco-City in China

인구가 증가하고 도시화가 진행되면서, 자연공간이 줄어들고, 에너지 소비가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 오늘날 환경을 보호하는 것은 선택이 아닌 필수가 되었다. 특히, 도시에 인구가 집중하면서, 건물들이 소비하는 에너지가 심각한 환경문제로 대두되었고, 결과적으로 에코시티가 도입되고 있다. 중국은 정부주도하에 국유기업들을 중심으로 에코시티를 체계적으로 구축해나가고 있으며, 실제 가시적인 성과를 보이는 곳도 적지 않다. 하지만 유행처럼 에코시티를 유사한 개념으로 표방하고만 있을 뿐 본질적인 뜻을 이해하고 제대로 실천해나가지 못하고 있는 지역들도 많다. 따라서 본 논문은 중국의 에코시티 추진현황을 개괄적으로 살펴보고, 천진의 사례를 통하여 중국 에코시티의 성과 그리고 그 내면에 숨겨져 있는 문제점들을 살펴보고, 해결방안을 제시하는 데 연구목적이 있다.

Because of an increase in population with rapid urbanization, a natural space has decreased and energy consumption has increased geometrically. For this reason, the protection of environment is becoming a essential condition rather than a choice. Especially, on account of people who are flocking to metropolis, over-consumption of energy of buildings became the most important environmental problem. As a result, eco-city is instituted to change the essence of a city. State-owned enterprises in China have established eco-city and a lot of projects of eco-city has shown practical performance. However, there are a few of places that just perform ostensible eco-city projects without the true understanding of the concept for eco-city, Therefore, the purpose of this study is to search the present condition of China eco-city and find the problems and solutions of eco-city by examining Tianjin case.
