The exhibition industry is one of the most active industry areas in the world, and many countries are trying to develop the exhibition industry. It is important to have the best exhibition service system for the domestic exhibition industry to adapt the changing environment. It is also important to make an effort to improve satisfaction of vendors and visitors. The exhibition services make it possible for vendors to satisfy the exhibition and to respond in a positive way, which lead to word -of-mouth effects and synergy effects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the important components of exhibition services from the vendor’s perspective and to find a way to help planning the exhibition services for the organizer. In conclusion, there are four important components from the vendor’s perspective; to provide better information services about participating companies to buyers and investors to open new businesses; to have interesting seminars related to the innovative technology, the market trend, and the industrial trend for exchanging useful business information, which offer another motivation besides selling their products; to make a strong relationship with existing customers via the advertisement/public relations to the piblic; to have more flexible opportunities for the marketing.
