As a symbolic resource, a favorite food can be an important part of a social identity and can be used to communicate cultural meaning. In these processes, the image of certain food are formed for political or economic purposes or needed as a result of combining with social, cultural. or symbolic meanings. In this paper, I showed that the function, taste, and mathed of consuming tea can be made into an image. can awake, a traditional, exotic atmosphere with its aroma and color. And these attributes have been made into various images and utilized for social, political, and economic needs. With these abilities, they can govern the choice of consumers. So tea is a symbolic resource.
